Kairos Girls Home History
Kairos Girls Home was established by the late Rt. Rev. Mar Jacob Thoonkuzhy in 2005 under his missionary work as the arch bishop of Syro-Malabar diocese of Thrissur and to honor of his late father. Located in the heart of Thiruvambady, Kerala, India, Kairos currently serves as home for 24 girls aged 7 through 18 providing them with a education, medical care, nutrition and a roof over their head free of charge. Kairos targets girls from backgrounds of extreme poverty and abusive households in order to provide a better future for them .
Kairos Girls Home Project History
20 years later the Kairos Project was established to help a young girls escape generations of poverty and gender discrimination through the power of education. We aim to raise money and awareness to help support Kairos Girls Home and to promote the education of young girls globally.
