Kairos Girls Home History
Kairos Girls Home was established by Rt. Rev. Mar Jacob Thoonkuzhy in 2005 as addition his missionary work as a arch bishop and to honor of his late father. Located in the heart of Thiruvambady, Kerala, India, Kairos currently serves as home for 24 girls aged 7 through 18 providing them with a education, medical care, nutrition and a roof over their head, free of charge. Kairos targets girls from backgrounds of extreme poverty and abusive homes to provide a better future for them through the power of education.
Kairos Project History
20 years later the Kairos Project was established by highschoolor Emily Thoonkuzhy after taking a solo mission trip to stay with the girls at Kairos for 5 week during the summer of 2025. After returning back to the U.S.A and experiancing their hardships she was determined to raise money and awarness to help support the struggling Kairos Home and to support the education of young girls globally.
